LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Taylor Swift’s Reputation Stadium Tour is one for the record books. According to Billboard, the U.S. segment of Swift’s Reputation run is officially the highest-grossing tour in U.S. history. Swift performed 38 dates across North America between May 8th and October 7th, grossing a whopping $266.1 million from more than 2 million ticket sales. The previous record for high grosses was The Rolling Stones’ 2005-07 A Bigger Bang Tour, which included 70 dates over a two-year period, as opposed to Swift’s 38 shows across 7 months. As well, it’s likely that the historic run will extend into 2019, as many of the dates for the tour will fall within Billboard’s calculation period for next year. However, while her figures are impressive, it’s worth noting that none of Swift’s U.S. dates were sold out and much of the revenue from her tour has been based on the high prices for tickets. The 3rd edition of EDC Japan is set to take place at Zozo Marine Stadium and Makuhari Beach in the Toyko suburb of Chiba City on Friday, May 11 and Saturday, May 12, 2019. WILLAMETTE, Ore. (CelebrityAccess) — The Linn County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday voted to revoke the permit for the long-running Willamette Country Music Festival, which has taken place in Brownsville, Oregan for more than a decade. According to the Corvallis Gazette-Times, the Linn County Board of Commissioners voted to revoke the permit after learning of the financial turmoil surrounding the promoter’s other events, and for violations of the festival’s permit. Among the reasons cited for the revocation was non-payment of vendors. Festival producer Willamette Country Music Concerts has already canceled two of its three events for 2019, with both- the Country Crossings Music Festival, and the Home Country Music Festival in Idaho. SAN FRANCISCO (CelebrityAccess) DJ Khaled and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have been charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission with cryptocurrency fraud. The music producer and boxer were charted with promoting investments in initial cryptocurrency coin offerings without revealing that they’d been paid, according to CNN. The SEC said such offerings may be considered securities and subject to federal securities laws. Both have already settled with the SEC and agreed to not promote any securities, CNN said, for two and three years, respectively and agreed to return money received to the SEC and pay penalties with interest. Khaled failed to disclose a payment of $50,000 from issuer Centra Tech. Mayweather failed to disclose $100,000 from the same company and $200,000 from others. The bots, which target these two services because they offer free access, are available both home-brewed and professionally marketed. Katz had teamed with her husband, William Huyck, and George Lucas on several projects including Lucas’ “American Graffiti,” earning her and her husband an Oscar nomination for best screenplay in 1974. Yesterday, venues such as Empty Bottle , Metro , Thalia Hall ,  Subterranean ,  Schubas , Lincoln Hall , The Hideout and others, took to Twitter to call out Live Nation and real estate developer Sterling Bay, arguing that the development, dubbed Lincoln Yards, will put the livelihood of countless local independent businesses in jeopardy.
