Rehegoo Music Launches Artist Development JV With Quincy Jones Productions

(CelebrityAccess) — Rehegoo Music announced that it has struck a new joint venture with Quincy Jones Productions with an eye towards developing talented “bedroom” artists.

The joint venture, Q&R Music, will provide developing self-starting artists across a variety of genres with resources and exposure.

Rehegoo, which was founded in 2014 by Italian music entrepreneur Marco Rinaldo, specializes in producing and distributing the musical work of up and coming artists via digital music stores, streaming services, and sync platforms.

Reohogo’s offerings include royalty-free sync licensing, as well as an in-house team of composers that produce music on request for films, TV, advertising, games and mobile apps.

“We are proud to join forces with Quincy Jones Productions, combining our leading-edge technology and innovative approach to digital music distribution with Quincy’s unparalleled access to talent and legendary experience in the music industry,” said Andrea Barattini, President of Rehegoo Music USA.

Roc Nation Sues Insurance Carrier Regarding Jordan Feldstein’s Death

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Roc Nation has reportedly filed a lawsuit against its insurance carrier and is seeking $11 million regarding the death of Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein. Roc Nation, a joint venture of Jay-Z and Live Nation Entertainment partnered with Feldstein’s Career Artist Management in 2016 and took out a “key man” life insurance policy with HCC International Insurance to protect its investment with the music manager, according to  Variety . Roc Nation claims that, after Feldstein died Dec. 22, 2017 because of a blood clot in his let, HCC was slow in evaluating the claim and finally determined the payout would $1.2 million; the policy carried a liability limit of $12.5 million, according to Roc Nation’s lawsuit.
