Mike Tyson’s, Tyson Ranch Resort Presents, Inaugural Kind Music Festival

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (CelebrityAccess) – Kind Music Festival (KMF) has announced the dates for its inaugural event.

Set to take place on February 23 in Desert Hot Springs, CA on the future site of Tyson Ranch Resort, KMF will have the distinction of being the first-ever all-ages music festival that embraces California’s updated cannabis regulations.

Created and owned by Mike Tyson, Tyson Ranch Resort is a 420-acre entertainment complex, luxury glamping resort and cannabis research & design facility, which is currently in development.

Tickets for Kind Music Festival go on sale to the general public Thursday, January 3 at 9:00 AM (PT) following the announcement of the festival line-up on Wednesday, January 2.

A portion of all proceeds from Kind Music Festival will be donated to non-profit organization, Standing United, which aids those struggling with drug addiction and homelessness, a cause that KMF holds dear as several employees, including a number of executives, are in recovery.

Roc Nation Sues Insurance Carrier Regarding Jordan Feldstein’s Death

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Roc Nation has reportedly filed a lawsuit against its insurance carrier and is seeking $11 million regarding the death of Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein. Roc Nation, a joint venture of Jay-Z and Live Nation Entertainment partnered with Feldstein’s Career Artist Management in 2016 and took out a “key man” life insurance policy with HCC International Insurance to protect its investment with the music manager, according to  Variety . Roc Nation claims that, after Feldstein died Dec. 22, 2017 because of a blood clot in his let, HCC was slow in evaluating the claim and finally determined the payout would $1.2 million; the policy carried a liability limit of $12.5 million, according to Roc Nation’s lawsuit.
