Mick Jagger Curating Ballet Set To Rolling Stones Music

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) – Ahead of the Rolling Stones’ blockbuster 2019 stadium tour, Mick Jagger has announced that he is also curating a ballet set to the band’s music.

The project is a collaboration between Jagger and his prima-ballerina girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, with whom he shares a two-year-old son, Dev.

The ballet, which will be Hamrick’s first in a choreographer role, reportedly features selections from “You Can’t Always Get What You Want,” “Paint It Black” and “She’s a Rainbow,” all edited by Jagger.

Scheduled to premiere in March at the Mariinsky Theatre’s ballet festival in St. Petersburg, Russia, the work will then make its US debut on April 18 at a gala for the Youth America Grand Prix at Lincoln Center.

The Stones will kick off their 2019 ‘No Filter’ tour two days later on April 20th at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) Risk manager for the MGM Grand Hotel Mark Habersack recently testified in the trial against David Copperfield, who is being sued by a British tourist who claims he was injured during one of Copperfield’s tricks, that he does not know why an incident report on the accident did not include accounts from witnesses. Gavin Cox claims that, during a November 2013 Copperfield performance at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, he fell backstage and was rushed to the hospital, eventually costing him $400,000 in medical bills. Cox was one of 13 audience members who performed in a trick called “13” where he and 12 others disappear from the stage and reappear in the back of the audience. Roc Nation Sues Insurance Carrier Regarding Jordan Feldstein’s Death

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Roc Nation has reportedly filed a lawsuit against its insurance carrier and is seeking $11 million regarding the death of Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein. Roc Nation, a joint venture of Jay-Z and Live Nation Entertainment partnered with Feldstein’s Career Artist Management in 2016 and took out a “key man” life insurance policy with HCC International Insurance to protect its investment with the music manager, according to Variety . Roc Nation claims that, after Feldstein died Dec. 22, 2017 because of a blood clot in his let, HCC was slow in evaluating the claim and finally determined the payout would $1.2 million; the policy carried a liability limit of $12.5 million, according to Roc Nation’s lawsuit.
