Mac Miller Tribute Concert To Be Livestreamed

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — The family of the late rapper Mac Miller, along with Christian and Kelly Clancy of 4 Strikes management, announced the upcoming “Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life” tribute concert will be livestreamed worldwide.

The concert will be livestreamed via a slate of streaming that includes Facebook, LiveXLive, TIDAL, Twitter, WAV and YouTube.

The concert, presented in partnership with Live Nation, will benefit and honor the launch of the Mac Miller Circles Fund (MMCF) and will take place Wednesday, October 31st at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA.

Fans viewing the concert via Facebook, LiveXLive, TIDAL, and Twitter will be able to make direct donations to The Mac Miller Circles Fund, part of The Pittsburgh Foundation, supporting youth arts and community-building programs.

Performers lined up for the benefit concert include ction Bronson, Anderson .Paak, Chance the Rapper, Dylan Reynolds, Domo Genesis, Earl Sweatshirt, J.I.D, John Mayer, Miguel, Njomza, ScHoolboy Q, SZA, Thundercat, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, and Vince Staples.

Net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to MMCF, established in association with the Pittsburgh Foundation. The MMCF will be managed by McCormick’s Estate along with his family, a board of advisors, and 4 Strikes management.

Miller died in his Los Angeles home on Sept. 7th after suffering from a suspected drug overdose.

Roc Nation Sues Insurance Carrier Regarding Jordan Feldstein’s Death

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Roc Nation has reportedly filed a lawsuit against its insurance carrier and is seeking $11 million regarding the death of Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein. Roc Nation, a joint venture of Jay-Z and Live Nation Entertainment partnered with Feldstein’s Career Artist Management in 2016 and took out a “key man” life insurance policy with HCC International Insurance to protect its investment with the music manager, according to  Variety . Roc Nation claims that, after Feldstein died Dec. 22, 2017 because of a blood clot in his let, HCC was slow in evaluating the claim and finally determined the payout would $1.2 million; the policy carried a liability limit of $12.5 million, according to Roc Nation’s lawsuit.
