Manners McDade Promotes Harriet Moss To Managing Director

LONDON, UK (CelebrityAccess) – Harriet Moss has been promoted to the role of managing director at Manners McDade.

In her previous role as Global Creative Manager, Moss, who joined McDade back in 2014, oversaw the company’s creative strategy across sync, A&R and creative services worldwide. She also has a background in brand building for contemporary classical, alternative and electronic labels and artists including Max Richter, Ben Frost, Nils Frahm and These New Puritans.

Additionally, Moss is the Creative Director for in-house label Cognitive Shift Recordings, and London Director for the voluntary international women in music organization and network, shesaid.so.

In a recent effort to expand the company’s creative and international teams, Manners McDade, which provides composer management, music publishing, sync and creative services, specializing in new classical and electronic music, has also hired Jenna Fentimen as Music & Composer Producer and Clare Everson as Sync Executive.

LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) Risk manager for the MGM Grand Hotel Mark Habersack recently testified in the trial against David Copperfield, who is being sued by a British tourist who claims he was injured during one of Copperfield’s tricks, that he does not know why an incident report on the accident did not include accounts from witnesses. Gavin Cox claims that, during a November 2013 Copperfield performance at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, he fell backstage and was rushed to the hospital, eventually costing him $400,000 in medical bills. Cox was one of 13 audience members who performed in a trick called “13” where he and 12 others disappear from the stage and reappear in the back of the audience. The volunteers were hurried through indoor hallways and an outdoor alleyway to make the reappearance. Roc Nation Sues Insurance Carrier Regarding Jordan Feldstein’s Death

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Roc Nation has reportedly filed a lawsuit against its insurance carrier and is seeking $11 million regarding the death of Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein. Roc Nation, a joint venture of Jay-Z and Live Nation Entertainment partnered with Feldstein’s Career Artist Management in 2016 and took out a “key man” life insurance policy with HCC International Insurance to protect its investment with the music manager, according to Variety . Roc Nation claims that, after Feldstein died Dec. 22, 2017 because of a blood clot in his let, HCC was slow in evaluating the claim and finally determined the payout would $1.2 million; the policy carried a liability limit of $12.5 million, according to Roc Nation’s lawsuit.
