Songwriter Nosa Apollo Signs With Decibel/Bucks

LONDON, UK (CelebrityAccess) – According to Music Week, Decibel Songs has announced the signing of songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Nosa Apollo under its sponsorship agreement with leading UK music publisher, Bucks Music Group.

Apollo, who began his career working with up-and-coming artists, most recently co-wrote and co-produced “Talk To Me Pt. II,” featuring Ella Mai, on the deluxe version of Craig David’s latest album The Time Is Now. He has also written for J Hus, Joy Crookes, Mabel, Tiana Major 9, DC and Karl Richards.

Decibel Songs founder Tre Jean-Marie said: “Nosa Apollo’s musicianship, approach, and attention to detail is what will certainly move him to the forefront of an exciting new wave of writer-producers. We are extremely excited to be working with him alongside Bucks.”

Added Apollo: “I’m really excited to be joining the Decibel Songs team and working closely with Bucks. As soon as I spoke to them about future plans and their ideas moving forward, I felt really excited about getting going. I want to make the best music possible and I know that will be possible with the support of Decibel and Bucks.”

Roc Nation Sues Insurance Carrier Regarding Jordan Feldstein’s Death

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Roc Nation has reportedly filed a lawsuit against its insurance carrier and is seeking $11 million regarding the death of Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein. Roc Nation, a joint venture of Jay-Z and Live Nation Entertainment partnered with Feldstein’s Career Artist Management in 2016 and took out a “key man” life insurance policy with HCC International Insurance to protect its investment with the music manager, according to  Variety . Roc Nation claims that, after Feldstein died Dec. 22, 2017 because of a blood clot in his let, HCC was slow in evaluating the claim and finally determined the payout would $1.2 million; the policy carried a liability limit of $12.5 million, according to Roc Nation’s lawsuit.
