Mariah Carey Breaks An Online Streaming Record

(CelebrityAccess) Mariah Carey’s holiday song “All I Want For Christmas Is You” has broken an online streaming record, according to Chart Data.

The musical hit recently got the most streams in a single day on Spotify, reaching 10.8 million streams as of Christmas Eve, according to TheFader.com. XXXTentacion held the previous record for the song “Sad!,” which reached 10.4 million streams on June 19, the day after he died.

Carey’s song recently reentered the iTunes charts, gaining streams ever since.
