Nils Lofgren Guitars Stolen Prior To Performance

DALLAS (CelebrityAccess) Dallas police are looking for four guitars and a harp belonging to Nils Lofgren that were stolen during a Friday night performance.

Somebody broke into Lofgren’s van outside a Holiday Inn between Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, according to investigators.

Lofgren, known to many as the guitarist for Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, said he was devastated by the robbery but proceeded to take “the roof off” at The Kessler, which presented “An Evening with Nils Lofgren – Solo Acoustic.”

Lofgren’s first solo album arrived in 1975 and his 45-year, 10-disc retrospective, Face the Music was released in 2014.
